What hellish times did she go through where eating this was the only way to survive? I know people get creative in hard times, but damn!

    Yo momma so stubborn…

She reinvented Devil’s Eggs, and Satan now worships her.

If you’re hungry enough, anything is edible, including this.

  5. BlackoutBreak

I am also not sure if you can eat that…

Well, those are certainly all words.

You’re supposed to make pouched eggs not water soup eggs.

Food safety aside, I can’t imagine anyone willingly consuming the ‘broth.’

Powerfully inbred energy. Belongs on the set of *the hills have eyes*

So it’s basically a savory-sweet, lukewarm egg scramble that forgot to scramble?

    [The thread is wild.](https://www.reddit.com/r/shittyfoodporn/comments/1o3jyh2/to_answer_questions_on_another_post_this_is_my/)

It’s apparently poached eggs, which then had sweetener added (not sugar, but sweetener because the intended ~~victim~~ consumer is diabetic), and left overnight in the stove top at room temp.

[Maybe related to a Korean desert called Kai Wan](https://thailand1dollarmeals.com/2017/07/18/sweet-eggs-kai-wan-%E0%B9%84%E0%B8%82%E0%B9%88%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%99/), except that uses actual sugar and importantly isn’t left to fester on the stove top overnight.

edit: Jesus christ [this person needs locking up](https://www.reddit.com/r/shittyfoodporn/comments/1o3j1pb/is_my_mom_overreacting_or_is_my_new_slop_some/)

OOP clearly needs to be banned from both the kitchen and the internet for life.

“Overnight” implies that this needs more than a few hours to be made. This doesn’t even need 20 minutes 😭

Individually, I like all of those words. Together in that particular configuration, however, I have rarely hated a string of words more.

That’s their mothers desperate cry for help. She’s obviously having some sort of mental health crisis.

Call me a traditionalist, but I just don’t think you should need to specify that there’s water in a soup.
